Reservation
How to Reserve a Maine Coon Kitten from Us
We love connecting with you on Facebook and Instagram, but please note: chatting with us does not reserve a kitten. To ensure fairness and transparency, we follow a clear reservation process. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Find Your Kitten & Apply
- 1. Visit our Our Kittens page and explore available kittens.
- 2. When you fall in love, complete our Reservation Request.
- We want to get to know you before accepting a deposit.
- Tell us about your ideal kitten—gender, color, temperament, and energy level.
- While we can't guarantee a perfect match, we’ll help you make an informed choice.
Step 2: Place a Deposit
Once your application is approved and you've selected your kitten:
- Deposit: 20% of the total kitten cost (applied to your final balance).
- Payment due: Remaining balance is due one week before pick-up.
- 24-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel within 24 hours of depositing for a full refund. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The kitten’s status will be updated to “Reserved.”
- Waitlist Option: Future Kitten Reservation
Didn’t find your kitten yet? You can join our Waitlist.
- Deposit: $150 (non-refundable, but transferable to another litter until your chosen litter is born).
- Waitlist spots are filled in order of deposits received.
- Final selection priority is given based on deposit date.
Note: If a reserved kitten becomes unavailable, we’ll work with you to find another match—or refund your deposit if necessary.

Breeder/Show Rights
Purchasing a Maine Coon kitten with Breeder or Show Rights places you on a separate priority list from pet buyers. This list allows access to First Pick selections from each litter. This standard practice among reputable breeders helps ensure you receive a kitten with the structure, temperament, and quality suitable for breeding or showing. Breeder/Show Rights are limited to no more than 33% of any litter.
Please note:
We do not sell male kittens for outside stud service. Males are placed strictly within approved breeding programs.
Important Considerations Before Purchasing Breeding Rights
Breeding is a serious commitment and requires:
- A 24/7 responsibility (there are no sick days)
- Limited ability to travel or take vacations
- Financial readiness for routine and emergency veterinary care
- Patience, dedication, and time for proper socialization and care
The current fee for Breeder Rights is $4,000, with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 due upfront.
Everythingcoon Maine Coon Cattery offers breeding rights under specific conditions. Our priority is placing each breeding-quality kitten in a responsible and well-prepared home. We carefully review your goals, expectations, breeding plans, and the environment you will provide to ensure the right fit for both you and the kitten.
When purchasing breeding rights from Everythingcoon Maine Coon Cattery, you will receive the necessary documentation to register your kitten with The International Cat Association (TICA). Upon registration, you will have official breeding rights, allowing you to register and sell your kittens as TICA-registered. You will also have the opportunity to participate in TICA-sanctioned shows.
All of our breeding Maine Coons undergo extensive veterinary screening and genetic testing to support long-term health and soundness.
Our cats are tested for:
- Erythrocyte Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PK Deficiency)
- Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA)
- Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)
- Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)
- Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV)
We guarantee that all kittens sold with breeding rights are capable of reproduction. In the rare event that a purchased kitten is proven sterile (with written veterinary confirmation), you will be placed at the top of our waiting list to receive a replacement kitten of equal value.
If you interested to get breeder's rights - please email us for our Breeder Contract.
